Pay: $15/hour Hours: 20–25 per week
Christ Church United Methodist is hiring for two dependable Part-Time Custodians to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across the church and onsite preschool facilities. These roles support daily operations, worship services, events, and preschool spaces through routine cleaning, sanitizing, room setup, and light facility care.
90 Day Incentive: • $250 - $300
Responsibilities include: • Cleaning worship areas, classrooms, offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces • Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and restocking supplies • Disinfecting preschool rooms and sanitizing toys and equipment • Setting up and resetting rooms for meetings and events • Reporting maintenance or safety concerns • Assisting with basic building security and seasonal tasks
Qualifications: • Reliable with strong attention to detail • Able to work independently and perform physical custodial duties • Flexible availability within building hours (7 a.m.–9 p.m., 7 days a week) • Reliable transportation • Background check required
