CC Students: Sleep With the Manatees
May 23, 2026
- May 24, 2026

Youth in grades 6-12 are invited to join us for a sleepover at the Cincinnati Zoo! Come along with us as we learn about some of God's amazing creation. North America is home to diverse habitats bursting with thousands of animal species, from walking-on-water basilisks to slow-and-steady manatees. We’ll dive headfirst into the astonishing biodiversity of these habitats, centered around the lives of our resident manatees, who are a part of a rehabilitation program. Throughout the night, we’ll explore a few places in the Zoo, participate in fun, educational activities, get a behind-the-scenes sneak peek, and meet some animal ambassadors up close and personal! When the night ends, you’ll doze off at the Manatee Springs building with manatees floating by your bed.
